Special designed rubber suction hose for sea water uptake (intake) installations mainly on jack up vessels using reels systems
- Tube and cover made from high grade CR rubber with excellent resistance to seawater, weathering and UV radiation
- Specially angled high tensile Polyester Tyre Cord ensure minimum dimensional change under Vacuum and end loads
- EN 10324:2004 galvanized steel spiral embedded in breakers excellent crush resistance/recovery
- Extra thick corrugated cover prevents spiral push thru when reeled or under load
- BIN inserts SS 316 with flanges or low profile clamp hub connections
- Max. production lengths 60m delivered on steel reels, shorter lengths coiled
- End load calculations available
- All hoses electrically discontinuous
- Reel systems available upon request
