Peters Rubber & Plastics BV and Peters Offshore & Marine Ltd. have a total of 730m² of state-of-the-art assembly facilities, equipped with the latest equipment and pressure testing capabilities. The flexible layout and custom-built machinery allow us to complete a wide range of assembly projects in-house.

Crimping options
‣ Diameters up to 10" through external crimping
‣ Diameter 12" through internal swage

Test procedure
‣ Diameters from 3” up to 12” up to 140 bar test pressure
‣ Diameters up to 2” up to 1.200 bar test pressure
Hose assemblies are standard supplied with pressure test and test reports

Material Certifi cates according to EN10204–3.1
‣ Complete MRB (Material Record Book) including heat-number(s) available upon request

Long length assemblies
‣ Up to 122m in 10” multiple section hose assemblies
‣ Up to 400m in 2” long length reel assemblies
