Peters Rubber & Plastics has a deep affinity and a rich history of new product developments, collaborating with some of the world's largest hose manufacturers.

New ideas, product improvements from the market, or entirely new hose applications are analyzed and tested for technical feasibility. Together with the R&D departments of our manufacturers, this has led to some iconic and modern product developments in various sectors.

Green House Hose

Special new product developement in collaboration with the Research Lab University of Wageningen. High quality greenhouse heating hose for the greenhouse horticulture.

Hydrovator™

New product development for a highly abrasive rubber suction hose. Specially developed for vacuum excavators and high abrasion vacuum applications.

• Tube made from special ContiTech SURVIVOR® compound

• Abrasion volume loss of only 34mm³ (DIN ISO 4649)

LMD-NBR 580

Product development for a premium food-grade cleaning hose that meets the latest food standards. Suitable for cleaning in the food industry and transporting food products.

  • With special braided aramid reinforcements
  • High tensile strength and excellent temperature resistance
  • Resistant to animal and vegetable oils and fats
  • 30 bar at 100°C // 40 bar at 60°C // 6 bar at 164°C saturated steam
