New Profiline hoses

The multi-layer hose for transfer of chemicals and food liquids

The Tricoflex Profiline hose has presented 2 new types which we’ve put to the test. Although they almost look the same all 3 hoses have small but important differences. But let’s start with the resemblances:
– All of them are PEHD and KTW proofed
– General temperatures are between -15°C and +60°C
– With all 3 hose types it’s recommended to flush the hoses before first use

The big difference with the new Profilines is the bend radius. It shows the biggest difference between the Profiline Aqua Plus and the Profiline Extra Soft with a difference of max. 85 mm. Amongst other things this has to do with the extra layer the Profiline Aqua plus has. For the detailed differences and the available sizes please find the following graphic charts.
