VENDORS DECLARE FORCE MAJEURE ON PVC PRODUCTS AS PER 24-3-2021

Dear Customer,
Today, March 23rd some of our suppliers for PVC hoses, namely Tricoflex SA, declared Force Majeure due to capacity problems for raw materials in Europe and as a result sharp increases for product prices.
In essence this can lead to a situation where all price agreements will be withdrawn and daily prices will be applicable. The impact on lead times, stocks and availiability as such needs to be confirmed by the factories. The full impact of this measure will be made clear during the next days, we are forced however to reserve all rights as per today following this action by our suppliers.
